Hardenbergh Insurance Group (HIG), an independent insurance agency based in Marlton, NJ, acquires the Giovanetti Insurance Agency, an independent agency based out of Medford, NJ.
The Giovanetti Agency was founded in 1959 and offered insurance services for individuals, families, and small businesses in South New Jersey. Bill Giovanetti, owner of the Giovanetti Agency, selected HIG to work with his clients upon his retirement effective 9/1/2023.
HIG’s President Jon Sharp shared, “We are extremely excited about this transition. When we look to partner with another agency like the Giovanetti Agency, we always get to know the person running the team. If that person is great, like Bill, it means his clients are great too.”
HIG was established in 1954 and has been family-owned and operated for three generations, providing insurance services in personal insurance, group medical, and business insurance. With two locations, their main headquarters in Marlton, NJ, and their satellite office located in Vineland, NJ, HIG offers client service capabilities across the Tri-State Area and beyond.
