Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Hardenbergh Insurance Group has no affiliates.

Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include insurance carriers, service providers, and companies that perform marketing or administrative services on our behalf.

Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Hardenbergh Insurance Group doesn’t jointly market.

Other important information We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with insurance carriers and other third parties as necessary to provide insurance quotes, policies, and services, or as permitted or required by law (e.g., with regulators or in response to legal process).
